This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at www.unruffablehealth.co.nz.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or purchasing products or services off the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods include Bank transfer or Visa payment via Stripe, payment is to be made prior to the postage of goods, in full. Details on how to pay will be included at the time of checkout, and a confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

Shipping Policy

Shipment is made to any New Zealand address, every purchase will be tracked and traced unless requested not to do so. In the event that the order is not received in a reasonable time, attempts to locate the package will be made, and if not able to locate, a replacement product will be shipped, with track and trace.

If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, Jessica Sherwood Consultancy will announce that these changes have been made on my home page and other key pages on this site. If there are any changes in how Jessica Sherwood Consultancy use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email, or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

Pricing Policy

Here at Jessica Sherwood Consultancy, pricing is set and can be seen (here), it is updated 1-2 times a year, as needed. Promotional pricing may be used but will comply with the Advertising Standards Code.

Name, email address, street address, job title, credit card information, doctor’s name, and address. This data will be used to process payments for products, shipping of products, and email marketing by Jessica Sherwood Consultancy, and is either consented to by the client or is in the vital interests of the individual. Personal data is only disclosed to any recipient with consent, or if needed in court. Personal data except for credit card data, will be kept for 7 years, as is requested by law, credit card data will only be stored until payment is processed, or if using the online payment system, until you delete your card from the system.

You have the right to access your personal data, object to and rectify or erase your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time, for personal data such as email address, to be used for direct marketing. In the case where a complaint is not resolved between the parties (Jessica Sherwood Consultancy and the Customer), you have the right to lodge a complaint with The Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner. In the case where refusal to provide personal data has occurred, processing of product delivery may not be able to continue. 

Security measures to ensure the security of personal data include the use of an SSL website, use of up-to-date security applications such as JetPack, passcode-protected computer, and hard-drive, any hardcopy notes will be kept in a locked drawer. In the case of changes to this privacy policy, an automated email will be sent out with a summary of changes, and if the changes require “reconsent” a link will be provided to accept the new privacy policy or decline.

Advertising Policy

Advertising may be used with personal information that is publicly available, this data will not be disclosed if doing so is unfair or unreasonable in the circumstances. If any personal information is collected, including images, consent will be gained before its use for advertising. Anyone under the age of 18 must-have parental or guardian consent before any personal information is used in an advertisement.

Personal information that is publicly available may be used for personalised direct advertising communications providing the information is not accompanied by a statement to the effect the person does not wish to receive such advertising. Private personal information may be used for personalised direct advertising communications providing consent has been obtained from the person to collect, store, and use their information for a defined purpose, and the information collected is only used for that purpose. It must be clear to the recipient of any personalised direct advertising communication how they can unsubscribe or opt-out.

If an advertisement appears indecent, offensive, or likely to cause harm, or you believe that it goes against the Advertising Standards Code or the Therapeutic and Health Advertising Code, be assured that this is not our intention. Please email a screenshot of the advertisement, and where you saw it to info@jessicasherwood.co.nz and a review of the advertisement will take place within 7 days. I take my reputation and credibility very seriously and I only endorse products I believe in, that have an evidence base for use.
